It has always been challenging to find an effective way to balance between personal priorities and responsibilities including family, work, and school. In other words, by realizing that I am making progress on my goals, I emotionally start attaining happiness and become more satisfied with my life.īalancing is critical to spiritual, emotional and physical health (Tarquinio 1). As a result, I can set concrete and achievable goals, which play an essential role in development and maintenance of my psychological well-being. This is done by ensuring that the quality of my life is measured by internal criteria defined after objectively reviewing issues. I still strive for self-satisfaction to be in tune with myself and the life I have. In the discussion that follows, I'll explore how well I'm adapting to my new life, juggling goals, forming an identity, and dealing with stress.
